Bold Peak Historic Fund, Inc. (the “Fund”) is a New Hampshire nonprofit corporation that is organized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
The purposes of the Fund are to preserve and protect historic buildings in the Moultonborough, New Hampshire area by providing grants earmarked for rehabilitation, preservation, restoration, and/or reconstruction of such buildings in a manner consistent with the Secretary of the Interior’s Guidelines for Rehabilitating Historic Buildings.
